Mehreen Hayat joined Fuchs Rosenzweig with 13 years of litigation experience ranging from criminal defense, plaintiff's personal injury, and general liability insurance defense.  She has successfully argued motions in New York Supreme Court, Federal Court, and the Appellate Division.  Her current practice focuses on general liability litigation, construction liability litigation, and labor law litigation.

 

Mehreen graduated cum laude from New York University in 2005.  In 2008, Ms. Hayat earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law.

 

Mehreen's diverse background offers a unique perspective into an adversary's thought process.  She is a zealous advocate who litigates aggressively in order to ensure the best outcome for her clients.

Outside of work, Mehreen participates in a book club, volunteers with the NYCLU, and spends time with her nephews.
