Jesse Sussmane litigates construction accident, litigates labor law, and premises liability claims.  Prior to joining FUCHS ROSENZWEIG PLLC, Jesse worked at a mid-sized insurance defense firm in New York City.

• Jesse graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, were he served as an Associate Editor on the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law Review.

• During law school, Jesse interned for the Hon. Bruce Scheckowitz in the Brooklyn Civil Court, Housing Part.  Here, he was responsible for researching and drafting bench memoranda on issues related to landlord-tenant law, and meeting with litigants and revising stipulations of settlement and motions.
